WEBLOGIQ offers full or proportionate refund within 15 days of buying hosting Plans against particular proof of malfunctioning of provided resources, which may be any among the hosting services we provide. Complaint email is necessary to be sent from the registered mail ID of the complaining End user and a case needs to be filed with WEBLOGIQ support within 15 days of taking the hosting service.
Please note that for only Shared Hosting, Email Hosting, Windows Hosting, Linux Hosting, Unlimited Hosting, Special Hosting you can avail the money-back guarantee only once. Eligibility & Amount to refund will be decided on the basis of submitted proofs and technical details submitted by the complaining End user and will be finalized by our support team & backend, and will be communicated to the registered mail ID of the complaining End user. The refund will be processed within two working days of issuing the order of refund by our authority and the refund will be credited to the original payment method within next 5 working days, resulting discontinuation of the related service within one working day of crediting the refund.
No refund possible for Bulk SMS Services, Domain Name Registration, Web Development/ Software Development services/ System Integration/ end user support services.
