Acceptable usage policies covering all Web Services

1. Spam, Piracy and Illegal Activities

WEBLOGIQ does NOT permit any of its services to be used for illegal purposes of any type. These include but are not limited to spam, unsolicited commercial email, Warez or piracy content hosting, piracy and hacking related activities. WEBLOGIQ will not allow any actions by end users what constitutes any of these activities. Any End user, if found with that kind of participation in any of these activities will result in immediate termination without refund. WEBLOGIQ may involve legal and enforcement authorities in such cases.

2. Child Pornography

On discovery of child pornography or related contents uploaded by the end users, associated account will be immediately terminated without refund. Related personal details will be passed to law enforcement authorities and we are committed to assist fully with law enforcement authorities around the world./p>

3. Hacking/Denial of Service/Sniffing/Spoofing

WEBLOGIQ do not permit any type of hacking, denial of service, distributed denial of service, sniffing, spoofing, password cracking or similar malicious activities to be performed on or by its services. WEBLOGIQ will remain the sole decision maker in case what constitutes any of these activities. Participation in any of these activities will result in immediate termination without refund. WEBLOGIQ may involve law enforcement authorities if necessary.

4. Backup restoration

If an account was cancelled or suspended for non-payment and end user still needs data, He has to file a backup request 72 working hours before cancellation, End user is liable to clear all pending dues before that. We generally keep backups available for a period of 30 days after account cancellation, but can provide no guarantees on the actual length of availability of a backup.

5. Web Hosting Services

WEBLOGIQ has strict resource utilization restrictions on Web Hosting Services. These are designed to maintain the Quality of service, integrity, security and performance of our web servers. Failure to abide by these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

• • No script or part of software may use 25% or more of system resources for 60 seconds or longer.
• • No user may have above 5,000 opened files at any moment (the limit does not apply to overall number of existing files, owned by the user, though it can vary for our VPS/VDS/ DEDICATED SERVER accounts)
• • The number of emails sent from all email accounts at the same domain name cannot be more than 200 per hour [ Exception includes mass mailing plans]
• • Running stand-alone, unattached server side processes/daemons is strictly prohibited
• • Running any type of web spider / indexer (Google Cash / Ad Spy) is strictly prohibited
• • Running any bit-torrent / P2P application is strictly prohibited
• • Running cron scripts with intervals of less than 15 minutes, or setting up more than 5 simultaneous cron jobs is strictly prohibited
• • Running of public file exchange services is strictly prohibited

6. Disk Usage Provision

90% or more of your content on your website must be linked from an HTML or similarly coded web page where all content is freely available to the public. Your website consists of web pages of a standard design, essentially HTML based text and graphics. Downloadable files, media, streaming content or any file which consumes more than 500kb of space must not exceed 10% of your total used disk quota.

7. Word Press Usage & Modules:

We do not allow any Word Press caching modules on our shared hosting services. Word Press caching modules continually cause server overload problems and are only allowed on VPS or dedicated hosting.

8. Unlimited Hosting

Unlimited Web Host service is designed to host websites only. WEBLOGIQ does NOT provide unlimited space for online storage, backups, email or archiving of electronic files, documents, log files, etc., and any such prohibited use of the Services will result in the termination of Subscriber’s account, with or without notice. Accounts with a large number of files (inode count in excess of 100,000) can have an adverse effect on server performance. Similarly, accounts with an excessive number of MySQL/PostgreSQL tables (i.e., in excess of 1000 database tables) or of database size (i.e., in excess of 3GB total MySQL/PostgreSQL usage or 2GB MySQL/PostgreSQL usage in a single database) negatively affect the performance of the server. WEBLOGIQ may request that the number of files/inodes, database tables, or total database usage be reduced to ensure proper performance or may terminate the Subscriber’s account, with or without notice. Hosting accounts cannot be used as email storage space.

9. Email space for Unlimited plans

Unlimited Web Host service is designed to host websites. If Any company use corporate email ids and save in server, A request to transfer Plan to our Email Hosting Plan or use email Application (like Outlook express, Thunderbird, etc) to free server space.

10. Transactional SMS

Any promotional messages are not allow on our plans apart from plans specially designed for..
